Itinerary

Day 1: (-/L/D)

• • 7.55 am Arrival in Lahad Datu at 7.55 am. Overland transfer (2 ½ hr) to the Borneo Rainforest Lodge situated within the Danum Valley Conservation Area.
    The Borneo Rainforest Lodge was established so that visitors can benefit from the scholarly work carried out at the Danum Valley Field Centre
    which is one of the world’s foremost tropical rainforest research and environmental education establishments in South East Asia.
  • pm After a short orientation and lunch, take a walk to the nearby Nature Trail and Canopy Walk to appreciate the magnificent jungle.
  • pm After dinner, enjoy a slide presentation.
  • pm Overnight in Resort.

Day 2: (B/L/D)

• • am Breakfast in Hotel
  • Am/pm Trek to Coffin Cliff an old burial site of the Tidong tribe. Thereafter trek to Jacuzzi Pool for your packed lunch and a cool dip if desire.
    In the afternoon take a walk along the Riverside Trail. After dinner proceed for a night drive.
  • pm Overnight in Resort

Day 3: (B/-/-)

• am Rise early and proceed with bird watching on the Canopy Walkway
• Am/pm After breakfast, enjoy jungle walk at your own leisure. Check out from hotel & transfer to Lahad Datu airport for your flight to Kota Kinabalu.
