Sapa is located in Lao Cai province, 350 km from Hanoi, is close to the border with China. The town of Sapa is located about 1,600m, above sea-level. With its high altitude, Sapa’s climate is moderate, cool in summer, foggy and cold in winter with occasional snowfall. Thus, come on down to Sapa, to explore this remote part of the country with its hidden values, admiring beauty of the rich nature and meeting the local ethnic minority people with their interesting culture and daily lives.
Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Halong Bay is one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders. The tiny limestone islands, with beaches and grottoes created by the wind and the waves, provide an excellent backdrop for relaxation and swimming. A 3.5-hour drive from Hanoi with a quick rest stop en route at a handicraft center (this place is quite touristy but the best stop available); you will reach Halong City by noon. Board your private junk to begin the cruise through the spectacular bay, stopping along the way to explore magnificent grottoes where stalactites hanging from the high ceiling form numerous designs and shapes. Tam Coc, (Three Caves ) is famously known as the “Little Guilin of China” and also called the Ha Long Bay-On-Land. Come on down to enjoy a breath-taking view of Tam Coc on a sampan rowed by the locals!

Itinerary
Day 01 (-/-/D) Halong
- am/pm Meet & greet at Airport. Upon arrival, transfer to Halong

02 (B/L/D) Halong bay – Hanoi – Lao Cai (Sapa)

- am Take a private boat trip to visit Ha Long bay (A Natural World Heritage) with: Thien Cung grotto, Dau Go Cave, Dinh Huong,
Ga Choi Islet, … which is surrounded many with stalactites and stalagmites. - pm Enjoy Set Seafood Lunch on board
- pm After the cruise, you will transfer back to Hanoi. En route, enjoy sightseeing tour including Hoan Kiem Lake,
Ngoc Son Temple (Jade mountain Temple), But Tower (Pen – shaped tower), Dai Nghien (Ink Stand), the Red – painted wooden and The Huc bridge.
After Dinner, transfer to Train Station - pm Overnight in Train
Day 03 (B/L/D) Lao Cai – Sapa
- Early Morning Arrive at Lao Cai railway station. Proceed to Sapa and check into hotel. Enjoy Breakfast in Hotel
- am In Sapa, you may walk around to visit some of nearby villages and enjoy the mountain view air.

- pm After lunch, visit CatCat village then go to Hamrong Mountain for a panoramic view of Sapa

Day 04 (B/L/D) Sapa – Lao Cai – Hanoi
- am Breakfast
- am After breakfast, trek to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages inhabited by Black H’mong and Dzay ethnic minorities.
Enjoy amazing and breath-taking landscapes of terraced paddies, green valleys and meet with friendly local people.
Back to the hotel and free at - pm In the afternoon, we transfer you back to Lao Cai station to take night train back to Hanoi.

Day 05 (B/L/D) Hanoi – Tam Coc – Bich Dong – Hanoi
- 0500 After breakfast, drive to Tam Coc, enjoy a tiny boat for a peaceful cruise on the river to Tam Coc (“three caves )
famously known as the “Little Guilin of China”. Tam Coc is also called Ha Long-Bay-On -Land - pm Transfer back to Ha Noi. Enjoy a cyclo ( pedicab tour – own expenses ) trip around with 36 streets of Ha Noi ancient town.
After dinner enjoy the Vietnam Traditional Water Puppet Show - pm Overnight in Hotel
Day 06 (B/-/-) Hanoi

- am Enjoy Half Day Hanoi City Tour ( visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (closed on Monday ) and his Residence, One-Pillar Pagoda,
