Fireflies -Fireflies are also called Lightning Bugs and they belong to the nocturnal luminous beetle family Lampyridae. Within quiet and serene surroundings, these fireflies live very happily in the Berembang trees and shine like fire in the night to attract a mate. Indeed, thousands of these spectacular fireflies light up the trees along the river, resembling very much a twinkling Christmas Trees

Cameron Highlands has become one of the Malaysia’s most popular hill station destinations. It has tremendous natural beauty, encompassing tea farms, vegetable fields, flower gardens and challenging hiking trails with rushing waterfalls. Also, due to its cool climate, many varieties of crops are grown here including carrots, cabbages, strawberries, tea and even many types of flowers. In fact, flowers, in particular, are a main attraction for our local Malaysians and visitors alike.

Kuala Gandah – The most rewarding experience where visitors are able to feed the elephants with their highly skilled trainer. Upon arrival, visitors will enjoy a briefing and 30 minute documentary highlighting the sanctuary’s conservation activities

Notes

• Please bring Sun block, T-shirt, Shorts, Comfortable Walking Shoes, Panadol (in case of headache), Change of Clothes, Towels (Elephant Tour, you may get wet!)

• Meals will be provided in Local Restaurant (a mixture of Malay, Chinese, Indian selection)

  • 12:30am Lunch in a local restaurant
  • 1:00pm Arrival at Cameron Highlands and visit a variety of places; vegetable farm, tea plantation, waterfall, strawberry farm, butterfly farm and Kea Farm
  • pm Check in to your hotel
  • 7:00pm Dinner in local restaurant
  • pm Overnight in Cameron Highlands

Day 03 (B/L/D) Cameron – Kuala Selangor – KL

• • am Breakfast. Check out from hotel.
  • pm Overland Transfer from Cameron – Kuala Selangor. Lunch in local restaurant
  • pm Upon arrival at Bukit Melawati, you may enjoy the wild Silver Leaf Monkeys
  • 7:00 pm Enjoy Set Seafood Dinner
  • 9.00 pm Enjoy Boat Cruise to witness the twinkling fireflies
